Jovian Online Installment Program Policy
1. This online installment program is only applicable for a min spend of RM500 for 6 months and RM1,000.00 for 12 months.
2. For the time being, this program is only valid for Maybank Credit Card Holders in Malaysia.
3. After you are done with the first payment, your order will be ready to ship from our warehouse.
4. Kindly take note that your bill will be auto charged by the bank to your credit card on a monthly basis.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Only regular priced items for clothing are exchangeable with any item with the same price within seven (7) days from the date of delivery with the presence of original receipt and complete set of the original packaging (inclusive price tag, care label, and other collateral insertions).
2. All orders for hygiene essential product are final and not allow for any size, design and color exchange.
3. Strictly no refund and exchange for any type of promotional item(s) or special priced item(s) and during peak season (Eg; Ramadhan, Raya Sale) and for hygiene essential product due to hygiene purposes.
4. All exchanges are subject to stock’s availability and please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges for any item under Online Installment Program.
5. Item(s) that are purchased on the website are not allowed to be exchanged at our JStore outlets.
6. Refunds are not allowed once you have received the items unless the item ordered is currently out of stock during purchase.
7. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and exchange based on the condition of the item(s) and the fulfillment procedure in accordance to Section 1). Items that are going to be refunded or exchanged will be checked by our participating staff to avoid any faulty made by the customer. We may request photographic support regarding the faulty or incorrect item(s) before authorizing a return for full reimbursement. Items(s) that have any sign of use or wear will not be accepted and we will immediately return it to the customer with written consent.
8. In the event whereby you wish to return the item(s) to our Headquarter via postage, the cost of delivery shall be borne by the customer. You can return your package using any postal service; however we ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt for safekeeping.
9. Your refund will only be credited to the original value of your full-priced item(s) in a single transaction. Any additional cost(s) such shipping cost will not be refunded for items(s) returned.
10. We are not liable for any involving cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
11. Any exchanges may only take place one (1) time per transaction.
